David Fizdale’s wife Natasha is pregnant: Miracle after ‘crazy year’

The “Fizpack” is growing.

On Wednesday, Natasha Sen, the wife of former Knicks coach David Fizdale, announced they are expecting their first child together.

“During such a crazy year, Fiz and I at least had one miraculous, beautiful thing happen. We’re having a boy 💙,” Natasha shared on Instagram.

“I say miraculous because according to recent tests, it seemed it would have be very difficult to conceive naturally and honestly in almost a decade of being together, I had never even had a single scare so I was prepping for ivf. But here he is.. a true blessing,” she continued.

In the photos, both Natasha and Fizdale are seen putting their hands on her growing baby bump as their dogs watch on, readying for their duties as protective siblings.

Natasha, who has been married to Fizdale since 2014, also spoke about the current climate in the wake of George Floyd’s death — which Fizdale also addressed in an op-ed for The Undefeated — stating she is grateful her son will be born in a “monumental year.”

“Seeing what is happening all around us right now, but pretty much has been going on forever, most would say I fear for my boy coming into this world. But, I think that this year is a monumental year… seeing so many people (of ALL races) come together to demand justice and change is inspiring to say the least and I am glad my boy will be born in this historic year,” Natasha continued.

The mom-to-be added she hopes to raise her son as a “strong, kind, empathetic, loving, respectful, good man who will not shy away from doing what is right.”

“I hope we can help create a better world for all the new blessings coming in,” she said.

Natasha said the sonogram image was blurry because her “baby boy was super active in there and refused to stop moving. 😂💙 #Fizpack #BlackLivesMatter #love.”

Fizdale, 45, has one son, Kyle, from a previous relationship.

In December, Fizdale was fired by the Knicks after a 4-18 start to the season. Following the axing, he and Natasha enjoyed a hefty dose of “Vitamin Sea.”
